Return Policy: Your satisfaction of a product is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with a product you may return it within the first 30 days after purchase. Return shipping is not covered, if you return a product you must pay for the shipping back to our facility. A 10% restocking fee is assessed on all returns.  No returns accepted after 30 days from the product shipping date purchase date.

Damaged products: If you receive a product that appears to have been damaged in shipping (ie, wet or severely torn or open box,  please inspect the contents, if contents are damaged reject the shipment.  If you discover damage after you have accepted the product from the freight company call us and we will issue a damaged call tag, the freight company will pick up the product at your location and return it to us. We will immediately send a new product to replace the damage product a no charge. Damaged products must be reported within 15 days of receipt at your facility to be returned and/or replaced without cost.

Shelf Life:  Some products have a shelf life and are warrantied by the Manufacturer during the shelf life. Information on the shelf life may not alway be given in the product description.  Please contact us or the manufacturer with concerns about the shelf life of a product. Returns may be available through the Manufacture if not through our company. Always check the warranty information included with your purchase or contact us or the manufacture for additional information.
